R496:18k White Gold, Sapphire, Diamond Cluster Ring

I was delighted to find in Italy a beautifully designed and executed small colored gemstone and diamond cluster ring, usually for the right hand, worn alone, or as stack rings with a ruby or emerald center stone. It is petite and very beautifully constructed. A sizing bar at the bottom allows the ring to be made larger or smaller over many years.
