This is a very clever and beautiful design. You pull each pearl from the white gold wire, insert the wire into the ear, and then return the pearl to the end of the stem. The pearl lies at the bottom, below the ear, while the diamonds shimmer in their light as the wearer moves.

18k white gold; two Japanese akoya cultured pearls, 7.6mm and 7.8mm; silver white body color with rose overtone, minimally blemished; two dangling pear shape diamonds, total .26 carat and 18 round diamonds, total .08 carat.
