R258:Cut-Cornered Trapezoid Step Cut Diamond, Black Jade, 18K White Gold

I began to design this ring with this extraordinarily unusual trapezoid step cut diamond, 2.25 carats.   I then cut a piece of black jadeite jade to duplicate the dimensions of the diamond.  Finally I made a modified  by-pass contemporary style ring, where I set the two gemstones side-by side, parallel.   Each gemstone tilts up, at very similar angles.  I hope you enjoy this beautiful ring as much as I do.
